I am a value-driven advisor, facilitator, mentor and coach, partnering with individuals, teams and organisations to navigate personal and complex business and technology challenges with clarity, purpose and confidence. My work is grounded in building strong relationships, creating safe and inclusive environments and enabling open, constructive dialogue that supports meaningful outcomes.

I have 25+ years’ experience in Information Technology consulting, which includes extensive experience driving digital transformation across APAC, 9+ years’ experience in not-for-profit board governance and 9+ years’ experience in public sector financial and resource management working across the South Pacific region.

In my advisory work, I guide organisations through transformational change, including technology and cloud adoption, technology-based sustainability initiatives, governance uplift and process optimisation. I bring a calm, structured and future focused perspective, helping clients anticipate risks, explore options and design pragmatic, values aligned solutions. By combining strategic insight with practical experience, I support effective change management and long-term capability building.

Through skilled facilitation, I help groups align around shared goals, make informed decisions and move forward with commitment and momentum.

As a mentor and coach, I support leaders and professionals to develop capability, self-awareness and resilience. I take a strengths-based approach, encouraging reflection, accountability and growth while fostering trust and psychological safety. My mentoring and coaching practice is underpinned by empathy, integrity and respect, enabling individuals and teams to grow, perform at their best and journey along continuous improvement.
